All terms outlined below apply to all domestic UK orders, and we will notify you separately if any special delivery arrangement applies to cross-border orders placed on our website.

1. Core Shipping Commitments

Adhering to our Fast Ship service rule powered by UK local stock, we ensure your order can be delivered fast with no long wait delays, so you can start enjoying the soft warm glow and natural scent of our flameless lighting products that turn any space into a calm cozy retreat as soon as possible. All our in-stock home fragrance light range, including our latest flameless scene candle lamps and favorite home mood lamps, are stored in our secure local warehouse at our registered business address, eliminating the long transit and customs clearance delays associated with overseas inventory restocks.
As we apply our “Safe First” principle to every link of our operation, all our packaged items undergo double pre-shipping safety inspection before dispatch, to make sure every piece of the lighting product you receive is intact, fully functional, and meets our strict 100% no-flame design safety standards that keep your home safe from candle fire risks.

2. Order Processing Timeline

All successfully paid orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM UK local time, excluding public bank holidays in England and Wales.

• For orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM on a working day, our warehouse team will complete order verification, product inspection, and packaging dispatch on the same day.
• For orders placed after 2:00 PM on a working day, or orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the order will be processed and dispatched on the next following working day.
  You will receive an automated order confirmation email to your provided contact email address immediately after you complete payment, and a separate shipping notification email with full courier tracking information the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can track the real-time status of your delivery at any time via the tracking link provided in the notification, or contact our support team for delivery updates if you encounter any issues tracking your parcel.

3. Shipping Rate and Delivery Window for UK Domestic Orders

All our delivery services cover all regions within mainland United Kingdom, with transparent pricing and no hidden surcharges for most residential addresses:

• ‌Standard Delivery Service‌: This free-of-charge service applies to all orders with a total value over £49. The estimated delivery window is 2 to 3 working days after the order is dispatched from our Exeter warehouse. For orders under £49, a flat standard shipping fee of £3.99 will be added to your checkout total.
• ‌Express Delivery Service‌: You can select this expedited delivery option at checkout for a flat fee of £7.99. All express orders will be prioritized for same-day dispatch if confirmed before 2:00 PM on a working day, and delivered to your designated address within 1 working day after dispatch.
  For remote highland and island regions of the UK that fall outside our standard courier coverage, an extra £6.50 remote area surcharge will be notified to you before you confirm your order, and the estimated delivery window will be extended by 1 to 2 extra working days.

4. Delivery Instructions and Address Verification

You are required to submit a complete, accurate delivery address and valid contact phone number during checkout, to avoid delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Our team will double verify your submitted delivery details before parcel dispatch, and contact you via phone or email if we spot any potential ambiguity with your address.
If you will not be available to sign for your parcel at the scheduled delivery time, you can leave a designated delivery note during checkout to instruct the courier to leave the parcel at a secure safe location on your property, or with a trusted neighbor. Please note that AMOS LIGHTING LIMITED will not take responsibility for lost parcels that are delivered according to your custom delivery instructions. If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 working days after the marked delivery date, and our team will assist you to launch an investigation with the courier provider.

5. Undeliverable Parcel and Returned to Sender Arrangement

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to reasons including invalid delivery address you provided, repeated failed delivery attempts with no one available to sign for the parcel, or refusal to accept the parcel without legitimate product quality reasons, we will contact you first to confirm if you request a re-delivery service. You will need to cover the new shipping cost for the re-delivery arrangement. If you prefer to cancel the order instead of re-delivery, we will process the corresponding refund after we receive the returned parcel back to our warehouse, and deduct the original outbound shipping fee plus the return logistics cost charged by the courier from your total refund amount.
